Remove Beneficiary

Overview: A German company/legal entity must deregister those who are no longer Beneficiaries in the German Trade Register.

Purpose: Remove (deregister) a natural person who is no longer the Beneficiary of a company/legal entity

Main specifications:

• Multiple deregistrations simultaneously are possible
• In case of a change in the composition of the beneficiaries, the company/legal entity is obliged to report the changes to the German Trade Register

Registering authority: the German Trade Register

Term of registration: 2-3 working days

Personal presence: Not required

Conditions for registration:

• A statement by a natural person stating that he is no longer the Beneficiary of a company/legal entity

Required documents:

• Passport or European ID card (for all associated persons)
• Signed UBOs register of the company/legal entity
